Terms & Conditions

This website is operated by Fire Hero Technical Services LLC (“Fire Hero”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

How we handle personal data is explained separately in our Privacy Policy.

The content on this site, including service descriptions, standards references, project examples and images, is general information about our company and services. It is not engineering, design or legal advice for any particular building, and it doesn’t replace a site survey, design review or the requirements of the UAE Fire & Life Safety Code and UAE Civil Defence.

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we don’t guarantee that everything on it is complete, current or error-free. Some photographs are illustrative and may not show our own projects or products.

Submitting an enquiry through the website, WhatsApp, phone or email is a request for information or a quotation. It does not create a contract, and it doesn’t commit you or us to any work.

• Quotations are based on the information available to us and are valid for the period stated on them.
• Installation, maintenance (including AMC), repair, supply, training and emergency work are governed by the written quotation, contract or work order we agree with you, which takes priority over anything on this website.
• Prices, availability and specifications of products and services may change without notice until confirmed in writing.

In a fire or any life-threatening emergency, call UAE Civil Defence on 997 or the police on 999 first. Our 24/7 call-out line is for faults and failures of fire safety systems. It is not an emergency service. Response times shown on this site are targets, not guarantees, unless agreed in a written contract.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• submit false, misleading or someone else’s information through our forms;
• send spam, malware or anything that could damage or interfere with the site or our systems;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
• scrape, copy or reuse the site’s content in bulk without our permission.

The Fire Hero name, logo, text, design and original content on this site belong to Fire Hero Technical Services LLC or are used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, modify, republish or use them commercially without our written consent. Third-party trademarks and standards named on the site (such as NFPA, FM-200 or Novec) belong to their owners.

The site links to and embeds services we don’t control, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, LinkedIn and Facebook. We aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.

The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or its content, or from the site being unavailable.

Our liability for services we carry out is set out in the contract for those services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date shown at the top, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
